2 Day Coral Bay and Ningaloo Reef

Itinerary

Day 1

Fly along the coast form fishing villages on sandy beaches, over the amazing pink lake, then alongside rugged coastal cliffs and onto the pristine remoteness of Shark Bay. After a brief stop over in Carnarvon we fly over the large salt lake of Lake McCload and the Ningaloo Reef. Arrive at Coral Bay, heart of the Ningaloo Reef, home of the Whale Shark and most prolific fish and coral you will find anywhere in the world, and only meters from the beach. Cruise on the Sub Sea Explorer and snorkel in the warm waters, or just relax on the beach.

0600 Free hotel pick-up.
0630 Fly along the west coast from fishing villages on sandy beaches, over the amazing Pink Lake, then along side rugged coastal cliffs and onto the vastness of Shark Bay.
0930 Stop in at Carnarvon and the Gascoyne River for a coffee break. Then fly over huge Lake Macleod salt lake and Ningaloo Reef.
1100 Arrive at Coral Bay, heart of the Ningaloo Reef, home to the Whale Shark and most prolific fish life on the Australian Coast only meters from the beach.
1200 Take a cruise on the sub sea explorer and view the many fish and types of coral found here. Go snorkeling or swim in the warm waters before returning to the beach.
1600 Depart for Shark Bay via the deserted Islands of Bernier and Dorre.
1730 Arrive Monkey Mia after a short drive across the outback peninsula and book into your sea side Garden Villa motel style accommodation. Then sit back and enjoy the dolphin beach open air restaurant.

Day 2

Book into your sea side accommodation and relax, your pilot/guide will be on hand to advise you on things to do. After spending the next morning relaxing on the beach or snorkelling on the reef enjoy some lunch and lay back while we fly you to your hotel in Perth.

0800 First Dolphin call, then breakfast and enjoy the resort facilities.
1000 Room check out.
1330 Transfer to Shark Bay Airport
1400 Depart for Perth after flying in search of the marine wildlife found in Shark Bay.
1700 Back at your hotel.
Shell Beach (and / or Hamelin Pool) option
1220 Depart on your ground tour
1420 Depart for Perth
1745 Back at your hotel.
Pinnacles Option
1220 Transfer to Shark Bay Airport.
1250 Depart for Cervantes after flying in search of the marine wildlife found in Shark Bay
1440 Arrive Cervantes for your tour of the unique Pinnacles Desert.
1620 Fly over the Dead Pinnacles (seen only from the air) and along the west coast to Perth
1745 Back at your hotel.

Dolphins are free spirits and their appearance cannot be guaranteed.
